**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support in development and implementation of operational strategies to support business expansion.
- Ensure smooth integration of new teams, locations, or business units.
- Create and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Oversee office space planning and allocation to accommodate growth.
- Manage lease agreements, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Collaborate on development of security policies to protect people, assets, and data.
- Work closely with IT and HR to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee IT operations, ensuring smooth and secure technology systems.
- Ensure employees have access to necessary tools, systems, and support.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in scaling organizations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience in facilities management and office planning.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security policies, and compliance standards.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and engaging company culture.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CH / EU Citizenship is a must have.
- Fluent in both English and German is a must have.
