We are looking for a passionate and talented Operations Manager to help us improve and scale Gowago.

Tasks

About You

As the Product Operations Manager, you will lead and implement efficient processes and CRM (Hubspot) architectural/functional standards that allow Gowago to scale. You work closely with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Finance teams ensuring we are set up for fast pace growth in a complex ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and optimize processes to increase the efficiency of Sales, Delivery and Customer Success processes
- Continuously improve the data quality process by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Tech and Finance team
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve sales tools, CRM and logistics processes
- Lead & provide excellent execution of the CRM structure & product/service roadmap.
- Work with external partners to implement and streamline processes
- Be responsible for documentation and user training
- Project management: from design, planning, scoping to implementation and closure on time, within budget and with the defined outcome. On the areas of sales operations, CRM structure, Customer success ticketing, Product operations and New partner implementation

**Requirements**:
**Must-Haves**:

- At least 3 years of experience as Operations Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager or in a similar role
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong project management skills
- Independent person who can work with little direction, and proactively seeks solutions.
- Full proficiency in English & German or French

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience working with Hubspot
- Experience in the automotive industry
