You have at least 5 years’ experience in accounting, business analysis or financial control in an international environment. You hold a Bachelor's degree from an academically rigorous institution in economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent. You have strong technical financial skills and knowledge of IFRS standards. You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent (spoken and written) in English and French, (other languages, notably Spanish, are an advantage). You have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build and maintain good relationships at all levels and achieve results in a multicultural team and a matrix environment. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are detail oriented. You have excellent organizational skill. You are a good team player, self-motivated and result/solution-oriented. You have excellent computer skills: Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint (VBA would be a plus) and a practical knowledge of management accounting and consolidation systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics and Jedox environment). A practical knowledge of CRM (Sales Force) systems would be a plus. You are available to regularly travel to our UK office in London (Enrolment & Marketing team). You are eligible to work in Switzerland.

As **Enrolment and Marketing controlling manager**, you will be responsible for leading and managing day to day financial functions related to enrollment and marketing, including planning, forecasting and cost control. As a key business partner to the centralised enrolment and marketing team (mostly based in London) with responsibility for providing value-added business and financial insights, helping Management to take decisions and drive the business.

Your main missions will be to:

- Oversee the business planning and forecasting process for Enrolment and marketing labor and Opex
- Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions
- Produce Month end detailed and accurate reporting and provide value-added insights to Management on variances versus budget and forecast
- Produce Monthly KPIs related to business, and deep dive analysis on Labor and Opex
- Work closely with HR and Sales management to define and calculate Sales bonus scheme, leads payments and accrual bookings with the accounting team
- Monitor payroll analytics closely with HR
- Monitor month close and audit process for hubs in UK, in connection with the accounting shared service center in Spain
- Lead the follow-up of cross-functional initiatives that support Group strategic goals.
- Act as an effective spokesperson for enrolment and Marketing financial performance within the business team
- Act as a key business partner with providing ad hoc valued-added analysis to the Enrolment and Marketing board members
- Improve efficiency of the data compiling process
- Manage one direct report
