**Junior Financial Controller**

We are looking for our future Junior Financial Controller 100%, permanent contract based in Lausanne, Switzerland. This hybrid position gives you the flexibility to work 40% from home. In addition, we offer a dynamic, multicultural working environment in contemporary premises. If your nature is to satisfy your internal customers and see them leave happy, please consider the following list of tasks.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Produce month end detailed reporting for each department in due time and accurately,
- Analyze business results and provide value-added insights to Management on variances versus budget and forecast,
- Regular meetings with departmental managers to discuss financial performance and identify risks or savings to the budget,
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing departments to review budget and forecast,
- User support on finance systems (PO / invoice approvals, ) and training on Financial planning tools (Jedox),
- Others requests & projects development.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics, or equivalent,
- Fluent in English and French,
- Practical knowledge of management accounting and consolidation systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Oracle, Hyperion),
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Mission**:
You'll provide an added-value to the sales and marketing team, helping Management to take decisions to drive the business. You'll work in a close and living partnership with the Sales and Marketing financial controlling manager and report to it.
