**Profil attendu**
- Vous aimez vendre, convaincre et surtout avoir un impact positif
- Français langue maternelle, anglais courant
- Esprit entrepreneurial
- Enthousiaste, autonome, curieux, flexible, rigoureux
- Goût pour le travail d'écriture (**composante importante pour ce poste**)
- Expérience préalable en digital marketing
- Formation supérieure : Grande école de commerce, sciences politiques ou équivalent universitaire
- Une ouverture d’esprit pour la santé naturelle

**Responsabilités**

Le marketing manager aura pour principales missions:

- **Conversion** : développer les ventes par des campagnes digitales, en proposant de nouvelles idées marketing (rédaction de contenu, concept, offres, parcours de vente) et à travers la pratique du copywriting
- **Stratégie marketing** : créer et mettre en place les plans d’actions marketing sur votre gamme et les prévisions de ventes à 6 mois
- **Editorial** : Participer aussi à la rédaction de brèves, de newsletters, de messages publicitaires en ligne, à la production de dossiers hors-série et d’ebooks
- Reporting : assurer le reporting de votre activité, suivre les KPIs, identifier les leviers d’amélioration
- **Veille concurrentielle** : identifier les bonnes pratiques de la concurrence et s’en inspirer pour vos campagnes marketing
- **Gestion de projet** : Travailler avec les différentes équipes (marketing, innovation, éditorial, IT et service client) dans le respect des priorités et des timings
