Squirro is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Professional to support the CFO at the headquarters in Zurich. In this role, you will be responsible for accounting of all group entities including processing invoices and payments, assisting with payroll and VAT and other financial tasks in the department.

Squirro is headquarted in Zurich (Switzerland) with legal entities present in Singapore, United States, United Kingdom and Germany.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain financial records, including invoices, credit card statements, and other financial documents for all our entities
- Posting and processing bank transactions and bank reconciliations
- Managing and reconciling Accounts Receivable / Accounts Paybables
- Assist with VAT Reporting and reconcilation
- Expense reconciliation
- Assist with month end closing & reporting
- Communicating with suppliers, customers and employees
- Assist with controlling tasks and special projects
- Assist with various other organizational tasks in a small scale-up

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Commercial Apprenticeship, preferably further training in accounting
- 3 - 5 years experience in a financial role in an international company
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, careful and accurate working style
- problem solver and with the ability to work independently on given tasks
- Communicative and flexible to master a start up environment Good written and spoken German and English (B1 level) Nice to Have
- International experience (US, Europe) is a plus
- Financial Force / Certinia knowledge (our Finance System)
- SaaS knowledge would be a plus Drive towards digitization and interest in IT systems & IT set up
