**YOUR CAPCO DAY**:
- Working closely with Business, Change Management, or IT teams
- Providing knowledge or inputs based on previous payments experience at key moments in payments projects
- Supplying both detailed operational as well as high quality consulting deliverables depending on your role and client situation
- End to end support across the entire SDLC stage from development to implementation translating or interpreting complex business requirements and needs into operational and technical solutions
- Liaising closely with project leaders, helping them manage project scope and report progress
- Contributing consistently to business and practice development in the payments area
**YOUR CAPCO-FIT**:
- Good knowledge on various Payment and Reporting messages like ISO20022, ISO8583, SWIFT MT1XX, 2XX and 9XX etc.
- Work experience with end-to-end implementation of an IT solution in the Functional areas like SWIFT Processing, Clearing systems (e.g. RTGS - BAHTNET/GIRO3/CHAPS /FED/NACHA etc.), Reconciliation and Investigations
- Strong in-depth knowledge of end-to-end core account based payment value chain for any of the payment types (i.e. High Value, Low Value, Cross Border and Immediate Payments)
- Expertise in ISO 20022 including operational and technology impacts of the transition
- Front to back knowledge of the payments ecosystem
- Understanding of Straight-thru processing (STP) and operational efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, German)
