**YOUR CAPCO DAY**
- Partner closely with financial services clients to understand their specific business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology landscapes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and analyses to identify areas where GenAI solutions can drive operational efficiencies, risk mitigation, and revenue growth.
- Design and propose tailored GenAI strategies and solutions that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business impact.
- Lead workshops, executive briefings, and stakeholder engagements to communicate the value proposition of GenAI technologies and secure buy-in from key decision-makers.
- Leveraging the collaborative and bold environment of Capco, while enjoying its unique and diverse culture (#BYAW)

**YOUR CAPCO FIT**
- Consulting experience with specific expertise across Tier-2 and/or private banking, and knowledge of financial products, risk, regulations, and revenue models.
- Ability to interpret data and understand data governance.
- Knowledge in how to leverage disruptive technologies such as Gen AI to enhance banking operations and customer service, adept at conducting needs assessments, translating strategic objectives into specifications, and developing business cases.
- Familiarity with AI and Gen AI capabilities relevant to banking, such as analytics and automation.
- Proficiency in explaining AI technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Proficiency in German and/or French, in addition to English, to cater to diverse banking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including technical developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
