**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Provide ideas and solutions on how to automate requests, workflows and management of access related IT assets
- Drive and develop the roadmap of access engineering, catalogue management and the business request fulfilment within the access domain
- Enhance and expand the current identity and access core solution with a DevOps team
- Monitor usage and quality of request catalogue and the corresponding authorization packages
- Leading a team of internal and external specialists and developers in access, catalogue engineering and request fulfilment: Set working directives, empower employees in their daily work, develop people and plan careers, settle contracts for external employees and demonstrate our core values “Care, Passion and Excellence”
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Higher education in Computer Sciences (university or equivalent degree) or equivalent experience
- Professional experience/background (min. 3 years of track record) as a leader or in a similar role
- Good understanding in process engineering
- Extensive know how in the fields of identity and access management as well as business request fulfilment
- Skills and expertise in modern IT methodologies and tools such as SAFe, SCRUM, ITIL etc.
- Structured and goal-oriented personality with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to communicate the benefits of what is being built and the benefits of automation
- Hand-on experience with migration and delivery projects is a plus
- Proficient in spoken and written English, German is a plus
