**Process Model Management (ARIS)**

Experis is the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.

**Overview of contract**

The person needs to be able to use and administrate ARIS (ARIS Architect v10.0.10)

**Main responsibilities**

- Maintain Global Process Architecture and Capability Map
- Perform Annual Process Reviews
- DB import - export - merge
- Reporting, querying, semantic checks
- User management, access rights, license management
- ARIS - Alfabet synchronization
- Method filter management
- Error
- Software release tracking
- Cooperation with ARIS IT Service Owner (e.g. in case of update)
- ARIS Connect Reader and Designer
- Mini-workflows
- Model editor
- Model types (VAC, EPC, FAD, etc.) and object types
- Portal Administration, Config set management
- Process governance
- Coordinate Data modelers in other location and inform them about changes / updates
- Compose training manuals, user guides
- Deliver trainings online and in person
- Support projects on process architecture and modeling methodology
- Manage/Administrate Application inventory in ALPHABET
- Create queries, data loads etc o Manage data quality
- Support evolution for both tools in the context of new requirements
- Provide support for the Enterprise Architecture Mailbox

**Your skills**:

- Business Analysis and Design skills
- Good administrative and organizational skills Required trainings completed and certificates/exams
- ARIS certificate or process training preferred - nice to have
- Good interne personal skills, collaborative
- Fluency in English
