**HCP Engagement Manager (80 % - 100% Hybrid Position)**
**Job Purpose**:
Are you a scientific expert but nevertheless you love to sell and to contribute to commercial activities and targets?

The purpose of the role is to competitively drive cross-specialty HCP Events to specialized health care professionals across Switzerland, to drive sales uptake in line with national and regional ambitions. Additionally, you’ll drive scientific brand messaging, advocacy, and interdisciplinary exchange to ensure cross-specialty collaboration within Switzerland.

In this role you will be responsible for:_**
- Lead the HCPE Strategy & execution within specialty care
- Lead the scientific content/ topic creation process in collaboration with Brand Management and Medical to ensure a high scientific standard of GSK specialty care Events
- Define the annual Specialty HCPE plan, quantity, geographical focus, target groups, content focus in close collaboration with regional Product specialist
- Build a Network of external Expert (EE) speakers across specialties (ENT, Allergology/Immunology, Pneumologists, Rheumatologists)
- Support the teams who are active in the therapeutic area to ensure that they optimally contributing (supporting the event related creation of marketing material, invitations, mailings, follow-up Material)
- Organization and execution of promotional scientific events such as symposia, other educational initiatives for healthcare professionals
- Organization of and participation in (regional) commercial advisory board meetings
- Plan and execute speaker briefings and trainings, moderate F2F & virtual Events
- Build and maintain expertise in the therapeutic area by continuous education and by participation in national and international congresses and GSK events
- Generate product related insights, and stimulate the team’s contribution to build confidence for our products Ensure an agile Event Management process in collaboration with the back office (Content Lab approvals, Veeva Event Management, A&P tracking and planning)
- Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements and GSK Local and Global Policies and Guidelines

Why you?_**

Qualifications & Skills:

- MSc in life sciences incl. clinical medicine or pharmacy; additional degrees like PhD would be a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry typically as a medical science liaison or in medical information or clinical research/medical affairs, brand Management or other commercial roles within life science
- Excellent ability to understand and convey emergent scientific information and interpret, communicate & implement commercial engagement strategies out of it
- Scientific driven individual with the ability to translate science into
- Must be able to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively on multifunctional teams in a constantly changing environment
- Must demonstrate a high level of initiative and work well independently and as a team member
- Demonstrated project and process management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentations skills
- Fluent in English & French + German (Highly preferred)
