**The Team**:
The HR Switzerland team is composed of HR Managers and HR Operations professionals who cover the entire HR lifecycle of employees in Switzerland. We are a dynamic, diverse, people-oriented and result-driven team and our main strength lies in collaborating with each other (in person and remotely), sharing knowledge and different points of view to find practical solutions. We are transparent. friendly and all colleagues of the team are always available to support one another.
Our purpose is to foster a positive employee experience for Avaloqers and to actively support all business areas and the CEOs in the realization of the company strategy.
We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative person who shares our team spirit and contributes to our success.
We have several touch points during of the week but our favourite one is our Monday (global) catch-up, a safe space where we share how are we and have an open discussion on job-related issues.
**Your Mission**:
- Partner closely with Strategic HRBP to stay constantly connected to the business needs and identify intervention opportunities at Business area and division level
- Runs organization reviews and diagnosis to define opportunities to drive stronger organizational effectiveness, problem-solving and improving organizational performance thanks to incomparable business acumen and use of commonly-known tools.
- Identifies, designs and delivers interventions to lead and manage change working closely with different stakeholders including HR Manager for HR interventions and using a wide range of tools and approaches tailored to address the organization’s specific needs.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of any intervention through data collection to determine if the initiative is meeting goals and achieving defined success indicators in partnership with HR Lead and BA Leadership team.

**What You Need**:
- Experience of creating and delivering a range of organizational development interventions with proven business benefits including the identifying of skills gaps and developing learning solutions
- Experience of successfully influencing culture change supporting the development of a performance culture in organizations by utilizing your knowledge of OD processes and interventions.
- An up to date understanding of organizational development and design techniques and approaches with the ability to translate OD knowledge into actions and to use knowledge to anticipate business requirements
- Customer-focus with the ability to build a strong business relationship with senior managers, understanding business requirements and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with ease and the ability to influence people at all levels using your project management and change management skills in order to manage complex and difficult OD projects to a successful conclusion.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and understand data and information and to use creative thinking to find solutions to problems by thinking strategically to generate innovative ideas
- A confident communicator with good oral and written communication and facilitation skills.
