To strengthen our Enterprise Transformation team, we are looking for an Intern Workforce & Organizational Transformation for a period of 6+ months (M/F/d)

**Bring to life what's next**:
- Support the project team in the implementation and coordination of business and IT projects in workforce & organizational transformation.
- Independently lead smaller work packages.
- Conduct market research & perform data analysis.
- Support in preparing and conducting client workshops.
- Learn & improve consulting skillset and methods.
**Your qualifications**:
- ** Academic excellency**: outstanding bachelor's or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social sciences or Information Technology
- ** Industry knowledge**: initial experience in digital transformation from previous internships; Exposure to change management, HR strategy, and organizational development.
- ** Consulting experienc**e: first experience in consulting and project management favorable.
- ** Conceptual talent**: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Communication and presentation skills**: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
