**The position**
- This exiting newly created position will be pivotal in shaping internal communication strategies and driving local change initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and innovation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our organization's future, requiring strategic vision, creativity and collaborative leadership.- Your main responsibilities will include:
- **Lead Internal Communication**: develop and implement internal communication strategy, emphasizing digitization for improved engagement.
- **Drive Local Change Activities**: initiate and execute local change initiatives, ensuring change leadership and sponsorship while continuously improving adoption of new ways of working. You will be instrumental in developing change management and change leadership capabilities within the local organisation.
**Qualifications**- Furthermore, you- Have proven change management experience with large business transformation initiatives and working with change management methodologies and tools.
- Have several years of work experience within the fields of communication (whether agency or corporate), digital strategy, journalism or similarly communications-led field.
- Have experience with O365; specifically, SharePoint and Yammer; experience in videography, storyboarding and creating new communications platforms or channels for an internal audience would be beneficial.
- Have excellent project management skills.
- Are flexible and adaptable, have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to motivate, coach and lead indirectly. Comfortable operating cross-functionally and in ambiguous situations and working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Have ability to work independently and in groups across departments and business units.
- Are creative, understand design/visual engagement and able to come up with new ideas.
- Are outstanding communicator with excellent written and verbal communicating skills in English and German, French is an advantage.
