Perfect opportunity to develop the global Learning & Development (L&D) strategy in the Robotics and Discrete Automation Business Area, and implement it in all geographical areas into tangible, business-beneficial actions. The location for this role is flexible within Europe.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partnering with and consulting business leaders and HR leaders to drive L&D services and solutions for the business’ effectiveness, both holistically and pragmatically
- Conceptualizing, designing and facilitating people and leadership development offerings
- Conceptualizing, designing and facilitating organizational development (OD) offerings, e.g. change management and transformation initiatives, as well as OD architectures, interventions and solutions on a strategic, structural, procedural, people and cultural level
- Taking ownership for and managing learning solutions for mission critical populations
- Managing roll-out and execution of the L&D offerings and processes, including program launch, monitoring quality, ensuring full and timely completion, and developing and recommending on-going improvements
- Managing and implementing the employee engagement survey process; analyzing the survey results; defining, developing and designing measures to address the key critical issues identified through the survey
- Building strategic partnerships and relationships with third parties (e.g. universities, consultancies, coaches etc.) to complement and enable the business strategy
- Establishing partnerships with a wide network of external and internal peers and colleagues to ensure implementation of best practice and the optimal use of resources
- Build productive relationships at all levels and in all parts of the RA business and functions

**Your background**:

- Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- Competed further professional/applied training in some of the following: people development, OD, business consulting, coaching, training, people analytics
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on, track record in and passion for people development, organizational development (OD) and talent management in complex settings, across multiple geographies
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and to speak the language of the business with all its functions, as well as to influence on all hierarchical levels
- Demonstrable conceptualizing, designing, consulting, coaching, facilitating and training skills, with the ability to deliver on all hierarchical levels, as well as for units, teams and functions throughout the organization
- Used to collaborating across boundaries - connecting diverse people, ideas, processes and issues to develop viable solutions
- Ability to build productive relationships across the organization in all geographical areas
