- In this role, you will be working on the vision and strategy to establish a global ecosystem for investments, where thought leadership is impactful, people and ideas are connected, and opportunities are brought to life. You will have a unique opportunity to develop the digital evolution of our product portfolio within the UBS Circle One Team covering investment solutions and improve the existing client experience.
- We’re looking for a UX Researcher with an additional flavor for interaction design to:
- lead in-depth interviews to truly understand the user needs of our clients,
- co-create personas, storyboards, and journey maps for a holistic user experience,
- create and evaluate information architectures that are intuitive to navigate,
- facilitate design thinking, UX concepts, and interaction designs in close collaboration with service and UX design,
- conduct the adequate UX evaluation method (hallway tests, expert reviews, acceptance and usability tests) to efficiently collect the required feedback,
- create surveys and analyze data to ensure the product’s post Go-Live optimization.

You will be working in the Center of Excellence for Client Experience Design Optimization / UBS Circle One Crew in Zurich focusing on a global client facing ecosystem for investments, where people and ideas are connected. You will have a unique opportunity to support the digital evolution of our product portfolio within the UBS Circle One Team covering investment solutions and improve the existing client experience in close collaboration with our Pods.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- 4+ years working as a UX Researcher.
- Highly proficient with qualitative and quantitative UX research methods and data.
- Ability to sketch engaging interaction designs with rapid prototyping. Sketch and Figma skills are a plus, but not required.
- Experience with facilitating design thinking and co-creation workshops.
- Experience with working in a agile/scrum development process.
- Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
- Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English language skills, while German is a plus.
