- In this role, you will be working on the vision and strategy to establish a global ecosystem for investments, where thought leadership is impactful, people and ideas are connected and opportunities are brought to life. You will have a unique opportunity to develop the digital evolution of our product portfolio within the UBS Circle One Team covering investment solutions and implement new features on the respective app and improve the existing client experience in close collaboration with our experts for User Experience.
- We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with an additional flavor for user experience research to:
- develop the visual style and interface of digital products based on user stories and design best practices
- plan and facilitate ideation workshops along the design process to align the product-vision with the product owner and get all needed requirements of the product: e.g., journey mapping, design sprints, storyboarding or other design thinking methods
- understand user/client needs and create actionable insights and personas enabled by user/client research and synthesize into tangible design solutions
- build, test, and refine prototypes and conduct a design direction for products, services or journeys including prior wireframing
- work closely with cross-functional agile team members to improve (digital) products and journeys iteratively and continuously based on all phases of the design process
- ensure the post Go-Live optimization of the user experience of products (e.g., through A/B testing)

You’ll be working in the CoE Client Experience Design Optimization / UBS Circle One Crew in Zurich focusing on a global client facing ecosystem for investments, where people and ideas are connected. You will have a unique opportunity to develop the digital evolution of our product portfolio within the UBS Circle One Team covering investment solutions and implement new features on the respective app and improve the existing client experience in close collaboration with our Pods.

**Your expertise**
- 5+ years working as Designer with strong focus on Mobile apps.
- Strong visual design/layout/typography skillset
- Ability to create prototypes and proficiency in relevant software (Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure RP, Illustrator, Figma and InVision)
- Understanding of basic front-end languages such as HTML5 / CSS3 is a plus
- Experience facilitating workshops and conducting UX research directly with clients / users
- Experience working in agile/scrum development process.
- Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English language skills, while German is a plus
