**Your role**
- Is your pen as sharp as your mind?
- Can you turn complex financial market analysis into engaging investment views that clients actually want to read?
- Do you want to be at the forefront of how we manage new ways of communicating with clients across different channels?
- We are looking for someone to join our Chief Investment Office (CIO) research team who knows how to edit for a range of end users, from the most sophisticated financial gurus to your everyday investor, specifically to:
- promote persuasive and clear communication in all UBS CIO IO publications.
- edit research and related communications on a wide range of topics, including fixed income, equities, FX, options and market strategy.
- provide writing support, particularly to analysts whose first language is not English.
- ensure research reflects UBS’s Tone of Voice.
- ensure research is free of language that could damage UBS’s reputation.
- actively manage research workflow; collaborate across time zones; ensure research is reviewed promptly.
- monitor research for compliance with financial regulation.
- provide ad hoc writing training to analysts.
- contribute to the UBS WM editorial style guide.

We are present around the globe, closely monitoring and assessing financial developments, and identifying emerging trends or economic inflection points. **Your expertise**
- experience in an investment research environment
- exceptional English language editing skills
- a creative flair and the ability to structure arguments clearly
- an eagle eye for detail
- able to multi-task and work efficiently against tight deadlines
- proactive in your approach and able to work autonomously
- a good communicator
- familiar with digital publishing and the relevant business social media channels
- open to obtaining FINRA licenses (Series 16) to one day become a supervisory analyst
