The UBS key4 initiative team shapes the digital offering for UBS Switzerland, encompassing digital-affine retail, business and affluent clients. We work in an agile setup across the bank and pave the way to a democratized, individual, and truly digital banking for all of UBS’ clients. - The UBS key4 team as part of the Channels & Platform sector is looking for a junior project manager to- take ownership in the strategic evolution of UBS key4, co-shaping our digital product roadmap across all products and services
- identify, develop, and drive new ideas to bring UBS key4 to the next level jointly with our client needs and foundation streams
- facilitate and manages dependencies in the IT delivery with an end-to-end perspective, coordinating stakeholders
- drive additional projects with end-to-end responsibility as part of the Chief of Staff team
- support UBS’ senior management in strategic analyses and ad-hoc requests

**Your team**
- You are a member of the UBS key4 initiative core team, which is part of the Chief of Staff & Initiatives team of the Channels & Platforms sector in Zurich. We are part of the COO area of UBS Switzerland. Our team takes a leading role in shaping UBS’ digital roadmap - from Mobile and E-Banking to client advisor tools and data analytics. Our work is multifaceted and ranges from market analyses to strategic initiative implementation and quantitative steering of UBS’ digital.- Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- holds a first-class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- has gained first work experience in a relevant field (Strategy Consulting, Financial Industry with focus on strategy/digitization)
- is confident in PowerPoint & Excel tools to solve complex problems and present digestible syntheses
- fluent in English; German is advantageous
