**Major areas of responsibility**
- Support our CEO across key interactions such as executive client/ supplier negotiations, investor/ board relations and partnership efforts as needed
- Prepare all necessary materials & information for the CEO prior to key meetings, including presentation decks, talking points, participant information and more. Take ownership of all post-meeting action items to ensure execution and follow-ups
- Provide project management on key elements of the CEO's agenda and align with the executive team on targets, milestones and timelines, raising red flags when needed
- Collaborate with all other members of the management team as well as department heads to define, prioritize, and develop corporate and strategic projects and Initiatives
- Standardize project management methods, processes and tools, continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are reaching their targets, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Provide hands-on support for some projects and have end-to-end ownership for others
- Define and monitor the company's performance indicators to provide insight and analysis on the company's operations to the CEO and other senior leaders
- Maintain a pulse of the company, identifying and prioritizing areas of focus or concern for the executive team

**Requirements / Qualifications**
- Exceptional project manager: Successfully plans and executes short, and long-term projects under tight timelines and rapidly shifting priorities
- Strong organizational skills: Juggle and prioritize short-term and long-term tasks and responsibilities in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced/ fast changing environment
- Strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to any crowd
- Accountable: Understands the role and takes accountability for responsibilities, deadlines and commitments
- Fast: Think, understand and execute rapidly on given tasks
- Attentive to detail: Excellence in attention to detail and quality
- +4 years experience in Strategy Consulting or a similar environment, previous experience in a fast paced scale-up environment is a plus
- Fluent in English, German a big plus
