**Job Description**:
The Deployment Tech Lead coordinate and direct hardware-related activities at the customer premises. He helps determine the hardware requirements of an organization or a project and he is responsible for implementing or directing the implementation of hardware systems to meet those goals.

You can work from our Geneva office or any other European country.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Participate into the assessment of hardware infrastructure needs of new projects
- Write technical hardware specifications for line technicians
- Make the bridge between the onsite team (customer premise) and the Traceability Solution Project Manager
- Direct the installation and maintenance of hardware solutions
- Manage internal master data and BOMs for the various solutions of our portfolio
- Learn about new industrial technology and suggest new implementation
- Coordinate the trainings and knowledge transfer to stakeholders of the traceability system

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanics or automation
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in deploying industrial solution involving automation/vision
- Traceability knowledge a plus
- Fluency in English and French

**Core Competencies**
- Able to extensively travel to customer sites for several weeks
- Able to autonomously analyze problems, report them and consider and select the best ways to solve them
- Strong team leadership skills
- Able to coordinate the work of several technician to make the organization run efficiently
- Very good organizational skills and structured mindset
- Can-do mindset
- Swiss army knife (industrial deployments in some countries might require to think outside the box)
