-Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
Product Development Merchandiser - Shirts (M/F/x)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Working together with design and creative director to develop collections from first idea until production stage
- Close connection to our agencies (Hong Kong & Dhaka) and suppliers in Asia to research materials
- Responsible of body fabrics, trimmings, colours and prints, and give comments and approvals on all these items during collection and bulk production
- Set quality approvals in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision)
- Sample request to suppliers and sample management to ensure in time delivery
- Participation in fittings, follow-up of changes and product specifications in YPLM
- Attending internal and external meetings
- Presenting products

**Your Profile**:

- Attention to details and good product sensibility
- Sense for Teamwork, Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English & German, French is a plus (every further language is warmly welcomed)
- Independent and organized way of working
- Knowledge in MS-office, ERP, YPLM
