**Product Development Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for leading an engineering product development team
- Aligns with business functions to ensure that design meets all specifications
- Implements and manages the development team and related work guidelines
- Implements controls during the product development gates
- Ensures new products are market compliant
**Your Profile**
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in Mechanical Engineering as well as CAD Design ability
- Demonstrated experience in managing product development projects and teams
- Knowledge of design standards as well as equipment environmental regulations
- Knowledge of design methodologies (e.g. value engineering, design by rules )
- Strong working knowledge of CAD, PDM, and product life cycle management
- Stage gate project management experience with ideally some LEAN experience
- Experience with prototyping, equipment manufacturing technologies, testing and validation methods
- Fluent German and English
