Junior Product Manager

Nomoko is a Swiss tech startup unlocking the potential of industry through the power of Digital Twins. We're unlocking the potential of real estate through the power of Digital Twins with Nomoko Praedia - a web app that harnesses the power of location intelligence, spatial data and 3D visualization to supercharge real estate projects for developers and investors. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, ambitious person who wants to extend their initial experiences in product management. If you want to learn and grow, join our product team as Junior Product Manager **Contract**: unlimited, 100% **Workplace**: Zurich Tasks **Your responsibilities**: - Lead the efforts to develop some of our key products within Praedia Platform (e.g. the 3D visualization environment), contribute to the product vision and ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle - translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for our development team, define the product backlog and create actionable user stories (agile process) - Act as Product Owner (PO) for cross-functional teams - lay out an appealing vision, build a technical roadmap and execute against it; ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved to meet internal target deadlines for product releases - Ensure competent stakeholder and issue management - effectively communicate the status of development, production, approvals and deliveries as needed; proactively address any issues that affect development, production and ultimate delivery **Requirements**: **Mandatory requirements for this role**: - At least 1 year of experience in Product Management, meaning that you were involved in bringing a product successfully to the market and gained a good understanding of the product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch and adoption, preferably of a SaaS product - Outstanding communication skills in English: You write, speak and give presentations in fluent English. - Strong customer focus & hands-on mentality: You have the ability to grasp and clearly articulate customer needs, break them down into requirements and then iterate quickly to deliver value & learning.
