We look forward to getting to know you and writing the success story of Roche Sequencing Solutions together.What you\'ll do:Visionary Strategy: You are the mastermind behind our market entry, developing the launch strategy for our new sequencer and ensuring we achieve our goals through continuous market and competitor analysisInnovative Marketing: You will design effective marketing concepts, manage creative campaigns and events, and ensure our message reaches the right target audience – always keeping an eye on the success of your measuresVoice of our Customers: You will work closely with sales, visit key customers, build a strong network of key opinion leaders, and represent Roche at international conferences and trade fairsProject Leadership with Impact: You will navigate confidently through our matrix organization, independently lead complex projects, and become the central commercial contact for the EMEA and Latin America region in a therapeutic area such as oncology, multiomics, or human geneticsWhat you\'ll bring:Your Expertise: You have several years of professional experience in Next Generation Sequencing, with at least three years in product management or strategic marketingStrategic Mindset: You think analytically and creatively, transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies, and ideally have previous experience in strategy consultingMarketing Know-How: From customer segmentation and campaign development to performance measurement – you have mastered the entire marketing toolkit and know how to inspire sales teamsStrong Communication Skills: You present confidently, convey complex topics convincingly in excellent German & English, and thrive in collaboration with international teamsYour Foundation: You have a degree in life sciences, marketing, or business administration and are willing to travel internationallyWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
