**Role Overview****:** Huntsman has an opportunity for (Junior) Project Manager – Regional Innovation role with a background working in the chemical sector to join our established regional innovation team in the Advanced Material division. The team is actively involved in driving very different types of innovation projects, transforming breakthrough ideas into tangible new product developments aligned with the market needs. We support the full journey — from early-stage concept development through scale-up and successful market launch. We are looking for someone who is open to working in a **hybrid setup, remote or in-presence** with flexibility based on the business needs. Our **Technology Center is located in Basel, Switzerland**, with an additional option to work also from our production sites in **Bad Säckingen, Germany** and **Monthey**, **Switzerland****Role Responsibilities****:** **As an Junior Project Manager – Regional Innovation, you will:** **Experience and Competencies:** **We are looking for candidates with drive, excellent communication skills and a solution-focused approach.** **What we are looking for:** · Minimum about 2 years’ experience in project management or innovation roles, or a PhD developed in a project environment close to industrial R&D· Proven ability to lead and deliver cross-functional projects independently· Prior experience in the chemical industry is considered a nice-to-have· Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills· Familiarity with financial evaluation tools (e.g., NPV, contribution margin)We welcome the talent, experience and fresh ideas that employees at all stages of their careers, from interns to seasoned professionals, bring to Huntsman.
