Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. **Responsibilities**: - Motivate and inspire the People Consultant team to deliver simple/excellent HR support to all clients. - Answer employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items (e.g., performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, internal mobility). - Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive and scalable systems. - Design and implement systems for multiple disciplines and stakeholders. - Provide thought leadership for the People Consultant team and people-related strategy/execution.
