Consultant - Finance Strategy & Transformation

Would you like to play an important role in our clients' Finance transformation journey and optimize Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)? This position in our team offers you just that.

**Your contribution to KPMG**
- Support clients in determining how to steer their financial (and non-financial) performance, including KPI definitions
- Design processes for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and analytics
- Build reports and dashboards with relevant business information to facilitate management decision-making
- Educate yourself on digital Finance solutions through dedicated training programs offered by KPMG (e.g. CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan, Board, Workiva)
- Educate yourself on the benefits of AI for Finance and how AI can transform the Finance function
- Support project management tasks as well as your team members to meet the deadlines and deliver the project's desired outcomes
- Regularly interact with clients to drive progress on projects
- Create and maintain documentation, manuals and training materials, and train (new) users on the client side
- Together with your team, support acquisition of new projects and help create sales presentations

**This is what makes you successful**
- You have successfully completed your master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Intelligence, or similar degree
- You have 0-2 years of work experience, ideally in Finance/EPM consulting, or have an interest in delivering Finance/EPM solutions in multinational organizations
- (Theoretical) knowledge about Finance and controlling/EPM processes is a must
- A great interest in (Digital) Finance and AI, controlling processes and the development of creative solutions for our clients
- An interest in non-financial (ESG) and integrated reporting (combining Finance & sustainability information)
- You are fluent in French and English; willingness to travel to completes your profile; German language capabilities considered a plus
