We’re looking for a motivated, sharp junior consultant ready to grow in the world of financial services and tech-enabled transformation.
**What You'll Do**
Support high-impact consulting projects in financial services, focusing on risk, compliance (especially AML), and analytics
Work closely with senior consultants and clients to deliver smart, data-driven solutions
Use tools like Excel, AI, and analytics platforms to turn complex data into actionable insights
Take part in internal initiatives around innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation
Gain exposure to a BIG4-level consulting environment with real growth potential
**What We’re Looking For**
0-3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, financial services, or a tech/data-driven role
Strong analytical mindset with solid skills in Excel and data analysis
Interest or background in AML, risk, compliance, or financial regulations
Curiosity and eagerness to work on AI, automation, and next-gen finance tools
Excellent academic background and a structured problem-solving approach
A self-starter, eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced client-facing environment
**Fluency in English; French or other European languages are a plus**
Familiarity with Python, data tools, or BI platforms is an advantage
