Stellenbeschreibung
- Du definierst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden die übergreifende Strategie für eine exzellente Customer Experience. Für dich zählt die gesamte Customer Experience über alle Touchpoints hinweg. Dabei kombinierst du Nutzerbedürfnisse, Business-Anforderungen, und ein ausgeprägtes Markenverständnis mit einer grossen Portion Kreativität.
- Für die Verankerung der Strategie und deiner Ideen beim Kunden synchronisierst du Stakeholder im gesamten Unternehmen - von Brand und Marketing bis hin zu Management und der IT.
- Du verantwortest in Projekten die Umsetzung der Experience-Strategie und setzt dabei einen starken Fokus auf die Brand Experience.
- Du führst Merkle Projekt-Teams, gehst mit guten Beispiel voran und schaffst den Raum um einzigartige und gewinnbringende Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dabei arbeitest du aktiv mit, sei dies bei der Entwicklung von kreativen Leitideen, im User Research etc.
- Du teilst dein Know-how mit weniger erfahrenen Kollegen und trägst so zur Weiterentwicklung der Fach
- und Methodenkompetenz bei deinen Kollegen bei
- Du trägst zu New Business Aktivitäten bei indem du dich als Pitch-Lead in die Neukundengewinnung einbringst. Ebenfalls unterstützt du das Account Management dabei das Merkle Service Portfolio bei bestehenden Kunden auszubauen.

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Human Computer Interaction, Kommunikation oder Design bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im konzeptionellen Umfeld, idealerweise bei einer Agentur
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bist entscheidungsstark und grosse, komplexe Aufgaben siehst du als spannende Herausforderung
- Die Vernetzung mit Techies und Designern ist für dich Projektalltag. Du findest dich schnell in verschiedene Kontexte und Aufgabenstellungen ein - vom globalen Auftritt für den Rückversicherer bis zur Mobile App für den Einzelhandel
- Du bist in User-Centered Design Vorgehensmodellen methodisch sattelfest und kannst Projekte entsprechend aufsetzten und führen
- Du beherrschst idealerweise die gängigen Design
- und Prototyping Werkzeuge (z.B. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) sowie Kreativmethoden und Design-Workflows zur Entwicklung visueller und kommunikativer Leitideen und Projektvisionen
- Ausgeprägtes Know-How digitaler Trends sowie neuer Technologien
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
