**System Administrator - Hotel & Tourism Industry**:
**IT Management**:
**Mission**:
- Provides technical assistance to users
- Ensures systems maintenance, safety and protection
- Advises the Management in the study of new IT solutions
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
- Administration of the global system and network infrastructure
- Ensuring the maintenance of the Datacenter virtualized environment and servers
- Managing day-to-day IT operations in accordance with the standard procedures
- Providing technical support to users
- Coordination and HR management of a team (planning, payroll, training, etc.)
- Promoting the technology area, driving compliance to the company standards
- Advising finance department on annual budgeting of IT related products (hardware, software, services, contracts, etc..)
- Management of providers and external stakeholders
**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree in IT
- Mandatory experience in a prestigious hotel establishment or hotel chain
- 5 to 10 years of experience on a similar role
- Excellent knowledge around a Microsoft and Windows-based infrastructure
- Good knowledge on network and security products (Switching, routing, firewall, antivirus)
- Leadership, rigor and analytical capabilities
- Fluent in English AND French
