**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Beratung von Kunden bei der Integration neuer IT-Systeme in bestehende Immobilien-IT-Infrastrukturen und Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT
- Erfassung der Kundenbedürfnisse durch Workshops und Ableitung digitaler Strategien oder Roadmaps
- Ausarbeitung von Kundenanforderungen als Business Analyst, Mitgestaltung von technischem Design und Planung der Umsetzung
- Prozessanalyse und -optimierung, mit Fokus auf End-to-End-Digitalisierung, und Begleitung von Prototyp bis zum fertigen Produkt
- Funktion als Product Owner, Priorisierung des Product-Backlogs in Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Teams
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung technischer Lösungen und Gestaltung des Übergangs von aktuellen zu zukünftigen Arbeitsprozessen
- Verantwortlich für Test
- und Schulungskonzepte sowie das Defect Management, inklusive Klärung von Fehlern mit den Systemanbietern

**Deine Skills**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Ein Studium in Informatik oder einem verwandten Immobilienbereich ist erforderlich
- Du bist in der Praxis erfahren und bereit, dein Projekt
- und Methodenwissen, wie HERMES, MS Teams, JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, SAFe und Releasemanagement, in der Beratung anzuwenden
- Deine digitale und technologische Kompetenz ist herausragend, und du arbeitest präzise und systematisch
- Nice tot have: Erfahrung in digitalen Immobilienbereichen wie Portfolio
- und Asset-Management, CAFM, Smart-Building, Dokumenten-Management oder Bewirtschaftungssystemen hast
- Fliessend Deutsch
