Science and Market Strategy Associate

We are looking for a bright, curious-minded market research analyst to assist in improving the impact and operations of our business. The individual’s responsibilities include researching, collecting, analyzing, interpreting data, and using the resulting insights to guide the business's strategic decision-making. A research analyst should be prepared to work with various departments and functions, such as marketing, R&D, strategy, business development, and finance. This role is a great opportunity to work with a diverse group of colleagues in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Conduct detailed evaluation and review data on key markets conditions and future trends, literature, competitive dynamics, and customers to identify potential opportunities for new business.
- Consolidate findings and complex data into actionable items, reports, and presentations to share with management and peers.
- Cross-functional collaboration: establish and maintain close relationships with the broader Lunaphore team to ensure the proper sharing of relevant market data, competitor insights, and customer trends. Support the requests of these groups and supply data/information/intelligence to facilitate better sector alignment.
- Develop and evaluate new ways to collect data including qualitative and quantitative analysis software, opinion polls, questionnaires, and surveys.
- Project management: create and implement standard practices and processes to support continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Detailed-oriented with sharp analytical skills to understand and interpret significant amounts of information and data.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess all available information and determine the best strategy forward.
- Organized and methodical approach to work: ability to handle multiple projects/tasks for self and to manage competing priorities to deadlines; shows autonomy with mínimal oversight.
- Communication skills for gathering and interpreting data and presenting the results to the company.
- Commercial awareness.
- Have strong IT skills and have knowledge of or be keen to learn statistical software packages.
- Fluency in oral and written English is a must.
