You will be an important member of our fast-paced, high-visibility Structural Heart marketing team. Every day we are working to restore health to patients with heart valve disease. We do this by working closely with customers, our global partners and internally to bring life-saving solutions to our physicians and patients. As such, you will be responsible to establish and execute product marketing strategies and activities that develop the market, gain market share, support improved profitability and achieve Medtronic growth targets for the Structural heart business in Europe. Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations. **A Day in the Life** - Contributes to the strategy, annual goals and objectives of the TAVI product line in Western Europe. - Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term marketing strategies and campaigns, and leads their effective execution to achieve Annual Operating Plan objectives and market share goals. - Does proactive portfolio and product management: Marketing mix strategy and execution, market intelligence interpretation, marketing campaigns launches and competition understanding. - Ensures in-depth customer understanding that translate into campaigns addressing customer needs and overcoming barriers. Ensures that campaign collaterals reflect the needs in the countries and are effectively used in the field including partnering with internal sales training team. - Drives campaign roll-out alignment in the team and tracks campaign execution. - Ensure strategic partnership and alignment with global operating unit and other cross-functional areas such as market development, research, health economics, education, digital planning, and sales. - Actively supports Marketing Managers in the Western European region to implement their local plans. Consistently and effectively communicates appropriate product, market, clinical, competitive information to sales organization. Builds and maintains relationships with country/regional sales and marketing teams. - Builds relationships with appropriate physician Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product strategies. **Must Have: Minimum Requirements** - Business or Healthcare related (medical or scientific) degree or its equivalent - Min 3 years of successful experience in product marketing, strategy development and execution in an international environment - Experience working in a matrix organization and leading with influence - Fluency in English - Strong marketing and customer-focused mindset - Strong analytical thinking to drive fact-based decision making - Proven experience in project management and working on complex situations - Strong ability and willingness to work both at strategic and operational levels - Demonstrates committment to excellence - Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver impactful presentations - Curious, fast learner - Positive, solution-oriented attitude - Ability to travel regionally (
