**Job Description**:

- Drive the branding & corporate identity strategy and ensure consistent communication and outreach.
- Develop and sustain brand identity guidelines and material, leading all training to internal and relevant external stakeholders.
- Lead development of communication strategy, managing editorial calendar and media outreach. Ensure proper dissemination across channels.
- Develop and sustain internal and external communications guidelines. Manage communications initiatives to ensure a proper flow of information across the company.
- Drive a consistent and clear PR strategy. Coordinate with the external PR agency.
- Support in developing thought leadership. Plan and pipeline leadership presence at key tradeshows and corporate events.
- Create written content for articles, press releases, corporate newsletters, media posts.
- Develop Lunaphore’s investor relations plan including proactive investor and analyst management, and working with external stakeholders and influencers for clear, responsive and unified communication among all parties.
- Generate presentations, reports, and other communication materials for existing and prospect investors, lay media, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Implement new tools and build the structure to scale communications activities.
- Manage the communications department and team.
- Budget & cost management - plan, coordinate & track communications budget.
- Reports to the CMO.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in life sciences or equivalent or a degree in public relations/communications.
- 8+ years experience in a similar role within the life sciences industry.
- Excellent fluency in written and oral English is a must. Additional language skills including French is highly desired.
- Good track record of leading strategic communications projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present information to top management, and support communication with different internal and external stakeholders such as lay media, partners, and investors.
- Capability to digest complex scientific information and translate it into relevant and consistent messaging for a lay audience.
- Team player with leadership experience, driving the growth and structure of a communications department.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic and creative mindset with the capability to adapt quickly and address new challenges.
- Experience communicating with investors and analysts or going through an IPO is a strong plus.
