**Looking for Clever Heads**

We are now looking for a **Product Manager, Positioning Products (GNSS)**, to join our experienced and highly motivated team responsible for Automotive Products.
The Product Manager is responsible for functionally safe GNSS products: merging market requirements, technology trends, internal innovation, and R&D capabilities to derive products specifications that enables u-blox to timely develop complete and successful products, making best use of available resources and know-how.
It's a unique opportunity for you to participate to the growth of an emerging market and to shape the future of the Product Line.
Based in Thalwil / Switzerland.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and manage products, based on market & customers’ inputs, throughout the product life cycle
- Close cooperation with product/platform teams/R&D to develop functionally safe products in an efficient & scalable way
- Contribute to the Product Line strategy
- Product communication and definition of go-to market plan
Be the product expert and support Sales and Business Development in technical discussions at key and lead accounts and at internal trainings
- Follow standardization in GNSS

**Your accountabilities**:

- Solid product specifications
- Get buy-in from Sales / R&D
- Secure major design-wins for assigned products
- Become the natural point of contact for Sales

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Telecommunications
- 5 years of experience minimum

**Your skills & experience**:

- Behavioral
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work across cross-cultural, cross-geographical, multi-disciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
- Technical/Hard Skills
- Electronics
- Experience in product management or technical marketing in electronic products ideally in the Automotive industry
- Good understanding of high precision GNSS (RTK/Dead Reckoning) is considered an asset
- Knowledge with Functional Safety
- Proficient in English, other languages are an advantage
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex topics, uncertainties and translate into clear and actionable plans.
- Strong persistence, ability to drive the assigned topics & make things happen
