Product Operations Manager Positioning

We offer an interesting and challenging opportunity in our international multi-site positioning product development team. The team services the differentiated market needs with dedicated product lines to assure maximum business agility. The product teams are creating products by integrating features and functionality from our internal platform development team and combining them into product releases.
- As the
- **Product Operations Manager**, you work as the key interface and one stop shop between the Positioning product development teams, sourcing, and supply chain on the development of GNSS positioning products portfolio. These exciting, key products enable us to maintain a strong market position in the positioning product business. As this is a new role in our organization, you have an opportunity to shape it with your experience.
- With your understanding, you act as a project manager and operations coordinator in New Product Introduction and provide Product Lifecycle support, gather needs of the product teams as well as drive involvement and timely execution across the functions. You ensure that the product development deliverables are coming on time and cost through coordination and early integration with the different teams.
- You support the product teams in their production, product qualification, and certification related operations as well as coordinate together with sourcing that the right priorities and objectives are set for the suppliers. You have a desire and ability to understand the sometimes technically complex aspects of our cutting edge GNSS products. You enjoy being challenged with understanding new technical domains and how the technology evolves.
- You will be working within the Product Portfolio Planning team which contains the product owners for all of our u-blox Positioning products.

- Product Operations Manager for positioning products
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the New Product Introduction and provide Product Lifecycle support
- Coordinate product maintenance over lifetime
- Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders, such as Strategy, Value streams, Product Owners, and Sourcing Category Management, Product Lifecycle Sourcing Manager
- Act as a single point of contact for sourcing, production, product qualification and certification teams
- Coordinate with the teams to ensure that the products are delivered to the market with agreed schedule, COGS, and risk
- Provide key stakeholders high quality information to enable their decision making

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience as a product, sourcing or project manager
- Experience in working with sourcing and suppliers, production, product qualification and certification
- Ability to communicate to engineers and management, including the ability to create consensus
- Experience in multi-site and multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
- Bachelor/Masters of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering
