We as the product center Positioning are responsible for the development and the delivery of our high-quality positioning products to our customers. Our journey follows agile methodologies, and at the same time we also need to become compliant with the relevant ISO-standards and develop our internal development and quality assurance processes. This requires high management attention and investments on the development, implementation, documentation and continuous improvement of all processes.
- As the
- **Process and Quality Manager** in the product center Positioning, you will be responsible for the implementation, documentation and continuous improvement of the development and quality processes that help us to be as effective as possible and to stay business agile. Our development and quality processes will also need to become compliant with the relevant ISO-standards and must be followed by all members of the product center functions.
- As a staff member you are interacting with all levels of the product center and with the relevant corporate functions. To make sure that that the processes are followed and quality standards are met, you are conducting training sessions and internal audits and inspections to keep track of the maturity stage of the product center regarding the process landscape. You will propose and lead improvement efforts to increase the quality and process compliance.
- You report to the head of the product center and work closely with the product center management teams providing regular quality reports and potential corrective actions to address the identified process non-conformities and improvement needs.
- The role is located in Thalwil/Switzerland, in Espoo/Finland or in Tampere/Finland. There will be travels to our other sites within Europe.-
**Your Responsibilities**
- Development, documentation, implementation and improvement of product development processes that ensure requirement traceability and high-quality product releases covering all the phases of the product development and release cycles
- Development, documentation and implementation of quality policies and processes that comply with ISO-standards such as ISO9001, A-SPICE or similar standards
- Inspections and internal audits to identify quality and process non-conformities, proposing and following up corrective actions and improvement ideas
- Preparing the organization for the external audits
- Training the teams on the development and quality policies/processes
- Providing regular quality reports
- Collaboration with the corporate quality team (and others) to align with the corporate quality and product development processes
- Keeping up-to-date with the relevant standards and regulations and communicating the future requirements to the management team

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Several years of experience in product development as an engineer and/or engineering manager
- Several years of experience in development, documentation and implementation of quality processes and standards, preferably in large high-tech companies e.g. in automotive industry
- M.Sc. in computer science, electrical engineering, SW engineering or similar
- Good knowledge and professional experience of product lifecycle processes
- Good knowledge of A-SPICE, ISO9001
- Ability to train and coach development teams into quality processes and policies
- Excellent skills in documentation, preparing flow-charts, process descriptions and quality reports
- Attention to high-quality, details and terminology
- Excellent written English
- Good communication skills

**Bonus Point**
- Knowledge of (cyber)security standards and regulations such as ISO21434, ISO27001 is a plus
- Knowledge of GNSS technologies
- Experience with embedded systems
