Business Continuity Manager

As part of our Corporate Security Organization, we are looking for a highly skilled person who will be responsible for the position Business Continuity Manager within u-blox. In this role you will coordinate activities in u-blox contributing to Business Continuity Management.
Your ability in handling multitask within a fast-moving environment will ensure to be successful in the role.
Besides, you will support developing our company’s security strategy, collaborating with your peers in the Corporate Security Organization and from other parts of the organization (IT, Site Management, Supply Chain Management, HR, Quality )
The role can be in the headquarter (Thalwil) or in Sgonico (Italy).
**Your responsibilities**
- Develop and roll out Business Continuity Management Policies, Processes, Templates and Plans
- Identify, assess, report, and continuously monitor Business Continuity Risks throughout the company
- Mitigate identified risks by establishing the necessary infrastructure for protection and recovery of critical assets and IT systems
- Provide trainings, drive testing, and conduct exercises to ensure that defined Business Continuity Plans work.
- Support the Corporate Security Management and the Executive Committee with Crisis Response related to Business Continuity threats
**Your skills and experience**
- Degree in Computer Science or Comparable Fields, specific security certifications would be a plus (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CEH, OSCP )
- Min. 7 years of broad IT experience, including Information Security
- (ISO27001) and Project Management experience
- Demonstrated experience with Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, and Crisis Management, including hands on experience with managing major incidents or crisis situations
- Familiarity with related ISO standards (e.g ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27005), respective certification would be a plus.
- A self-motivated, strong team player and lateral leader with very good analytical skills
- Experienced in communication, training and coaching, negotiating and handling crisis situation
- Readiness to travel globally up to 20% of time
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written
**Bonus Point**:
- Experience with Business Resilience Management (ISO 22316) would be a plus.
- German or Italian skills are a plus
