We are an expanding subsidiary of Luxottica Retail Group. Luxottica Retail Group is a leading global retail company with over 2,900 stores worldwide. To strengthen our store in Lugano we are looking for a:
**Store Manager** (M/F/d) with a weekly workload of 100% (40 hours).

Your Tasks:

- Leadership, motivation and further development of employees
- Competent advice and passionate sales
- Sales, warehouse inventory and profit responsibility
- Implementation of our companies Corporate identity at the POS and continuous optimization of processes
- Effective workforce planning
- Recruiting new employees
- Assistance in the preparation and execution of project tasks
- Administrative activities

Your Profile:

- Several years of professional experience in exclusive upscale retail
- Experience as a store manager desirable
- Joy and passion in sales
- Experience in leadership
- Strong leadership personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle products
- Well-groomed, fashionable and communicative appearance with very good manners
- Safe handling of MS-Office
- Very good knowledge of English spoken and written, further language skills desirable
