The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the Switzerland market. **Tasks & Responsibilities**: - Develops, leads, and ensures execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations. Responsibilities include development of short-term tactical sales and Brand/Product Management marketing plans and contributes to longer-term tactical plans - Use best practices from other markets with similar challenges and implements fit-for-purpose accordingly - Develops innovative marketing programs based on brand/product strategies and implements through sales team - Supports Key Account Managers with generating customer insights and relevant marketing plans and activities - Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attack and/or activities which may harm our patients and business partners - Implements tactical plan by providing appropriate promotional materials. Works across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication - Ensures completion of market analysis, monitors competitive activity and reviews potentials, sales coverage, market size, penetration, marketing practices and trends, and prepares forecasts and recommendations - Explores opportunities and prepares recommendations for positioning and pricing strategies that deliver business value in alignment with regional partners - Manages key relationships with agencies and suppliers in developing product concept designs and mockups for market research and management presentations; plans and monitors the execution of market research studies - Analyzes and interprets complex market access data and feasibility research - Generates relevant insights to understand professional and consumer behavior - Monitors and controls budget to access promotional effectiveness - Works productively with cross functional groups within the organization - Builds strong network with key opinion leaders and monitors industry developments impacting business **Qualifications** - Experience and expertise in Marketing strategy, customer engagement, digital marketing, and digital medias - Solid experience within a sales/commercial role or working close to sales teams and customers - FMCG, Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical experience would be an advantage - Proficiency in English and French - Leverage communication as a vehicle to influence and drive decision and transformation.
