Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow and profoundly impact health for humanity.   Join us to advance the future of human health and take the first steps toward building a career with a purpose.   Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:   As our Intern, your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:   * Support / drive ad-hoc projects of the Swiss Commercial Team and its value-based healthcare projects including digital solutions * Co-lead of specific customer projects such as evaluation of questionnaires, elaboration of case stories or analysis of surgical process optimizations * Serve as a lead to the territory sales process and support local teams with a continuous customer management * Support our journey of bringing the power of MedTech through a value-based customer integration to life and help driving required transformations, internally and externally * Realization of own internship project work in the field of BI and process automation * Temporary help in cross-team projects (e.g., sustainability in healthcare, support in organizing Events) * Others… Qualifications - Education and Experience: * On-going university degree with an interest in data sciences and marketing * Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment    Qualifications - Skills: * Strong communication & interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a matrix organization and participate effectively both independently and as part of multiple teams * Capacity to work under strict timelines, combined with flexibility when emergency situations require this * Attitude towards achieving goals within a diverse workforce that is oriented around customer engagement * Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools  * Excellent command of English & German and ideally French or Italian    Our Offering: * 6 months full time internship in an international healthcare company to grow your professional experience, start date 1st March 2026 * Exciting and intensive insight into one of the largest MedTech companies in the world * Independent collaboration in national and regional projects for leading Swiss hospitals * Great team and excellent sense of belonging * Flexible working conditions with the opportunity of 40% remote work if the job allows * Many attractive benefits to support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
