**Votre quotidien**
Join us as our **Director of Sales & Marketing M/F**:
Reporting to the General Manager and IHG Director Commercial, Northern Europe, your main duties will be to:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for the two IHG hotels in Geneva to ensure revenue and sales goals are achieved.
- Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume as well as food and beverage and banquet sales.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. Lead marketing efforts to upsell on hotel services, offerings, and amenities.
- Develop marketing strategies in line with both hotels’ objectives. Plan, implement promotional campaigns.
- Review monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share.
- Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients. Attend trade shows and major market events locally and nationally.
- Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, develop your team, and recognize good performance.
- Train and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve hotel revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
**Ce que nous attendons de vous**
With a Higher Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Business Administration and/or Marketing, you benefit from minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel establishment. You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experiences in Marketing, Conference & Banqueting Sales and Field Sales. You have strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends.
You are fluent in French and English. Mastering German or another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.
Benefitting from strong leadership and relational skills, you strive to develop and drive your team in order to reach Sales & Marketing objectives. You are acknowledged for your excellent management of key clients and the strong relationships that you build with them. Flexible and well-organized, you are passionate about your job and used to work in a fast-paced environment.
