Group Compliance Business Transformation Project

The Group Compliance Strategy and Digital Innovation team is dedicated to help the bank drive Compliance operational excellence through tools, automation and continuous process improvement within the Group; in line with the Strategy and Risk Framework defined by EFGI Management.

**Main responsibilities**

Acting as a senior member of the Group Strategy and Digital Innovation team in:

- Driving (or participating in) transformation projects throughout the whole life cycle (from Business Case definition, request for proposal management when required, scoping and requirements documentation, budget/resources/risks/planning of internal and/or external resources, user acceptance testing and change management until go live, project organisation and reporting to steering committees and other audience)
- Promoting new Compliance dashboards, Key Performance Indicators around the Compliance functions to improve efficiency within the Group, allow better transparency and anticipation of organisational changes, making best use of the current/future data capabilities
- Building strong relationships within Compliance and other functions, project end users and stakeholders, solving conflicts when required
- Managing contracts / change requests with vendors and suppliers when required
- Leading or coordinating specific initiatives (e.g. Group Compliance Risk Assessment, specific task forces/analysis, etc..) on request from the Compliance Management team
- Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards wherever possible, proposing ideas and solutions to improve the Compliance Target operating model in line with regulatory requirements
- Being a reference person/role model for Group Compliance Automation and Digital innovation which includes being an ambassador for operational excellence through new tools and continuous process improvement. Being recognized for a SME in the area of responsibilities, a “go to person”, and for being reliable and trustworthy

**Skills and experience**
- Fluent in English - other languages an asset
- Strong background in Compliance and Private Banking preferably in an international context
- 5 to 10 years of Project/Program management or related experience with i) proven track record of delivering Transformation & Digital programs in challenging environments through the full life cycle, ii) strong ability to work and deliver quality work within short deadlines and iii) significant attention to detail and to the practicalities of implementing requirements
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively having strong interpersonal skills and being extremely resourceful
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; capable of analysing an as-is situation, proposing / defining a target state and documenting /presenting the results/outcome in a clear, substantiated and structured way (Powerpoint, excel and word should be mastered)
- Significant autonomy and leadership skills in driving complex tasks to completion and in leading across the organization to improve operational excellence and process efficiency
- Established ability to work well in a small team and interact with stakeholders from various departments and at various levels of the organisation e.g. from IT developers to senior management Willingness to travel to EFG locations abroad for temporary assignments when required.
