Who we are looking for

a Digital Project Manager (DPM) to oversee our Group digital projects from inception to completion. The DPM will be responsible for developing project plans, setting timelines, managing budgets, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. He/she is responsible for the adequacy of the solutions with the business needs, ensuring a strong link exists between the Business Point of Contact (BPOC) and their digital solutions.

About the Job
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for digital projects.
Deliver Business analysis to optimize and/or implement new or existing business processes and digital solutions.
Document business processes and digital solutions.

Your Qualification

We are looking for a dynamic person who is rigorous, autonomous, empathic, and positive. Someone who pays high attention to details and enjoys working in collaboration with others to find solutions to business problems.

More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience on Project Management with Agile methodology
Experience on Business Analysis. Business process experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solution-oriented mindset.

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
UI/UX management experience

**Assets**:
PMP or Babok certification an asset
Process formalization tool such as Lucidchart or equivalent.
Atlassian JIRA and Confluence knowledge.
Knowledge of REST API design standards, patterns and best practices
You have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
You have an interest in impact finance and/or sustainable development
You are able to work comfortably in both English and French.
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required
