The Front-to-Back transformation program at Lombard Odier has for objective to ensure the efficient and effective identification and mitigation of AML risks, whilst ensuring a unique user experience to our clients and colleagues when executing controls and processes along the entire client lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, with strong process and risk management experience, who contributes to a successful program delivery including (among many):
- Client / Name Screening- Holistic Client view- Periodic & Event Driven Reviews- Offboarding- Conditions & Exception Monitoring

YOUR MISSIONS:
- Managing projects / delivery in the areas of Financial Crime Compliance and Client Life-Cycle process management with significant systems and change management impact across the entire organization (Front-to-Back)- Ensuring an effective project governance incl. monitoring and reporting progress, oversight over implementation schedule, budget, resource utilization as well as identification, mitigation and escalation of risks, issues and interdependencies- Engaging closely with stakeholders across the entire organization to design and deliver front-to-back transformation of our client lifecycle related processes, tools, capabilities and operating models.- Being responsible for collecting and drafting business / technology requirements, identifying and implementing process, organization and system related optimization- Influence stakeholders across multiple departments to drive the execution of complex projects

YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or related fields, or evidence of comparable academic / work achievement.- 5 to 10 years’ experience in financial services / Consulting with a strong project management track record, paired with experience in Financial Crime Compliance and/or Front to Back transformation- Strong analytical skills, the ability to summarize complex topics, drive practical outcomes and to make sound, evidenced-backed recommendations, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and against short deadlines;- Ability to multi-task, work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic business and project environment- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster productive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders across the organization- Proficient user of project management related tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, as well as MS Office tools- Fluent in English and French; excellent communication (written and verbal), networking, influencing and presentation skills- Residence in Switzerland
