**IN A NUTSHELL**: We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person with the ambition to gain hands-on founder experience to join our early team for 6 months. Being an entrepreneur can be one of the most fulfilling tasks in life and for sure one with the highest learning curve. Humility is a wonderful thing - we're at least as interested in your character as in your talent._ **Requirements**: **️ About you**: - Close to **Bachelor or Master graduation** or recently graduated. - Some **practical experience** from internship(s) in consulting, startups, scale-ups, or tech companies or from entrepreneur/startup associations. - Excellent **analytical and conceptual skills**: you will support the founding team with research and market analysis. This requires the ability to frame the right questions, objectively analyze and evaluate a problem or issue, and problem-solve including simulating possible outcomes. - **Ambitious** and equipped with an **entrepreneurial mindset** to make things happen: given the scope, volume, and timeline of work, the ability to direct people - including oneself - towards a particular objective that may require active orchestration is key. - Ability to **work with limited guidance** and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders across and outside of the organization: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact. - ‘**Business’ sense**: often you will have to think at the company level, assessing what would be best for the business, and working on topics that have cross-cutting impacts.
