Tasks

The Role

During your Internship, you will get broad exposure and insight into topics that are of relevance to a fast-growing tech startup with main focus on the Go2Market. Some of the tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Support in building and nurturing our talent community from a strategic point of view
- Evaluate and assess new potential members of the talent community
- Assist in actively managing the talent community, supervise the churn rate and define / implement measures for increased talent engagement and retention
- Support the acquisition and onboarding process of new employers
- Manage different CRM systems, associated tasks and tools related to Go2Market activities
- Support in setting up, launch and analyse marketplace related marketing activities
- Testing of new user flows and act as interface to the Product Trio

We’d rather look for speed than perfection. We fail and learn fast. We act as a team. Besides the ability to easily identify yourself with these approaches, you should bring in the following skillset:

- Higher education in the field business, marketing, economics or similar
- Hands-on mind and success driven mindset
- Outgoing, team oriented personality with a pragmatic way of thinking / working
- Analytical thinking, strong commercial judgment and a well-developed sense of responsibility
- Fluent in business English
