We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80%. To achieve this, we are developing a globally deployable lighting system that uses sensors to control the lighting according to demand.

Tasks
- For our company to grow, we want to attract the brightest minds. You will assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews in German and English, and coordinating interviews.
- From staff appraisals to team events, you'll be in charge of organizing a range of administrative tasks that keep our HR department running smoothly. You'll also be responsible for maintaining records and information that are critical to our business.
- You will deal with employee requests regarding human resources questions, rules, and regulations.
- You will support the entry and exit process of employees.
- At a fast-growing start-up, no two days will be the same. You will work on various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:
Your Must Have's
- You are a student or have a bachelor degree in any relevant topic such as; psychology, business administration or similar, or you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis).
- You have excellent written and oral German and English skills.
- You are a seasoned Microsoft Office user.
- With a strong willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality, you're excited to take on new challenges and grow alongside a thriving startup.
- You have a start-up mentality and the necessary portion of flexibility.

Your Nice to Have's
- You have previously worked in HR, Recruitment or any similar departments.
- You have a background in law or are well-versed in employment laws and regulations.
- You speak French and/or Spanish.
