Your Team:
Business Development The Business Development Team is in charge of shaping and defining the strategic roadmap of On. We work closely with On’s Top Management to drive key strategic and operational initiatives across all functions and regions. This implies developing business cases, market analyses, as well as driving local execution. In order to have an impact on how On’s future is built, the Business Development Team brings an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset combined with strong analytical and hands-on execution skills.

Consumer & Markets Insights: The Consumer & Market Insights team’s goal is to empower On with the strategic insights that drive decision making. We’re a group of curious, creative and passionate people coming together to unveil valuable business insights from all angles to support a growing and evolving business. Whether it’s consumer behaviour, market trends, onsite activity or product performance — we’re On it.

DTC Operations: The DTC Operations team is in charge of providing an efficient and scalable operational backbone as well as executing DTC projects and initiatives that enable high and sustainable growth for the business, while providing best-in-class customer experience. We are leveraging state-of-the-art technology (e.g., RPAs, AI solutions) to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the DTC space and continuously evaluate our operational requirements in the context of On’s hyper-growth.

Your Mission:
Business Development:

- Support cross-functional, global projects from design to implementation. Projects range from assessing project opportunities and defining project resources and timelines to planning new market entries, perform research on strategic topics and building business cases
- Support On’s Top Management on various internal and external strategic alignments

Consumer & Market Insights:

- Support on both quantitative and qualitative research methods creating comprehensive studies that unveil consumer and market insights and trends.
- Manage and curate the global market intelligence database, screening and monitoring market landscape and new trends, delivering actionable insights to the Management, Sales or Development teams

DTC Operations:

- Support selected DTC projects and initiatives, from design to implementation (e.g., automations, customer experience improvements, strategy implementation)
- Lead research on ground-breaking technologies and use cases of high relevance for our DTC business, especially in the context of Customer Experience and Payments & Risk Management

Your Story:

- You completed your Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Social Studies, or similar. Currently finishing or recently finished Masters degree an advantage.
- You gathered work experience through previous internship(s). Experience in consulting, sports and retail industry an advantage.
- You are highly analytical with a strong knowledge of assessing business plans and building insights and recommendations from data.
- You have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo and innovate to drive business growth
- You have a curios and a customer-centric mind, you enjoy solving problems and identifying opportunities using diverse and modern sources of knowledge.
- You have experience in project planning from start to finish, including breaking tasks into smaller pieces, developing roadmaps and timelines and managing cross-functional teams
- You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously
